With experience as a teacher, school administrator, entrepreneur, and CEO, she has been there, gone through that, bought the T-shirt, and now uses those experiences to help others navigate the realities of leadership with greater clarity and confidence.

Bethany is the author of Leadership on the Rocks and host of the Leadership on the Rocks podcast, where she shares practical insights for leading through challenges, strengthening relationships, and creating meaningful influence. A devoted wife, mother, and educator, Bethany lives in Central Arkansas with her husband, Jason, and their two children.
