About Tina Eliana
Tina Eliana is an author, speaker, Leadership and Learning Systems Advisor, and the founder and CEO of Tina Presents LLC. She helps people recognize the leader within themselves and organizations build cultures where leadership is understood, developed, and practiced intentionally.
Her perspective on leadership was shaped long before she held executive titles. It was formed through lived experience, difficult decisions, personal reinvention, and the responsibility of being someone others consistently turned to for guidance, encouragement, and direction.
Tina believes intentional leadership is a mindset we carry into our everyday lives. It is not reserved for boardrooms, job titles, or formal positions. It is revealed through the choices we make, the influence we carry, and the imprint we leave in our homes, communities, faith-based organizations, and careers.
She created Jam Sessions With Tina Eliana to make room for honest conversations about the experiences that shape how we live and lead. Through personal stories and meaningful conversations with guests, Tina invites listeners to look beyond traditional definitions of leadership and recognize the ways they are already influencing the people and spaces around them.
